These terms apply when you use richard-norris.com or buy from RN Brands LLC, doing business as Project 1% ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
Project 1% is an online education program delivered as digital lessons with access to a private community. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and are one-time charges unless the checkout page says otherwise.
You have 30 days from purchase to ask for a full refund. Email [email protected].
The program is education. It is not financial, medical, legal or relationship advice. Results are not typical and are not guaranteed. What you get depends on your own effort and circumstances.
Keep your login private. Do not share, copy or resell the lessons. We may remove access for abuse of the community or of these terms.
If you opt in, RN Brands LLC (Project 1%) will send you text messages about your order, account access and call reminders and, if you agreed to marketing texts, special offers and updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 978-404-4164. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
